Hot Streak

There’s two things you need to know about Hot Streak. First, auto-correct will embarrass you by renaming it “Hot Steak” and, second, it doesn’t need to be a high level to be very effective on long holes.

This is the first of two versions we’re recommending. The doubled Conspiracy keeps the wind nice and manageable. The doubled Maelstrom (with Meteor at level 10 and above) gives you a good amount of bounce reduction and some extra spin. Atlantis is here just for the bonus stats you’d get when you tee off near water. Plus, as putters go, it’s a very good choice in most setups these days. Don’t even think about water-bouncing Hot Streak with this setup. Well, do so at your own peril.

And here’s the second version, for those of you who like to live on the edge a little. A doubled Cyclotron with a doubled Maelstrom will give you incredible bounce reduction and spin. However, it’s much more likely that you’ll be up against some extreme winds, which makes it much harder to get the ball to land where you want it.
