Clubhouse Rules

Welcome to Irrational Guys!  We feel that the most important thing in our clubhouse is the amount of interaction players have amongst each other within our little community. Energy can be contagious, whether it be positive or negative, so we do our best to focus on maximum happiness and all the things that move us forward.

We constantly strive to keep things fun and interesting with new and creative ways to keep the game fresh and exciting. If you would like to be a member of Irrational Guys, this is what we expect from all of our players.  

Rule #1: Our one golden rule has always been that “everyone gets their 50” by Friday night at 10pm central. It’s even immortalized on a t-shirt, so you know this rule is etched in stone. If we’re all going to benefit from the same weekly rewards, we’re all going to contribute the same amount of effort in-game. Stuff happens in life, so if there’s a reason you can’t get 50 wins in a week, let us know and you’ll get a pass. Exceptions are usually made during the weeks of major holidays. Players that do not have their 50 by the deadline will be removed from the clubhouse. If we have your contact info, we will reach out to you ahead of time to give you a heads up.

Active Participation: All players are expected to actively participate in the clubhouse via in-game chat, duels, in-house tournaments and Clubhouse Clash. Consistently inactive players will be removed from the clubhouse. If you are only playing the bare minimum just to stay in the clubhouse, consider stepping aside to let another more active player to join. If you don’t want to or plan to duel other players, you’re in the wrong clubhouse.

Discord: All of our in-house events revolve around our Discord server for announcements, sign-ups and status updates for current tournaments. With that said, it is strongly recommended that all of our players stay connected on our Discord. It’s also an ideal place for us to share tips, strategies, bag setups, replays and more. If you’re looking to improve your skills as a player, this is a great resource to learn from others.

Clubhouse Etiquette: Play the duels you are sent as you receive them and do not forfeit. Forfeited duel replays will not appear in game chat. If your opponent has aced you, give them the courtesy of letting everyone else see the shot. Please do not use Magnesis against players below level 9. Lastly, people generally either love or hate the Mythical holes. Go easy on sending Mythical duels, unless those holes are featured in in-house tourneys or the current Clubhouse Clash. 

Keep It Chill: We don’t do drama. Religion and politics are off limits. Let’s all be adults and respectful of everyone in the clubhouse. Friendly competition is great, but please don’t cross the line with trash talk. Anyone deemed to be a general nuisance to the community will be removed without warning.
