My first double ace duel with Elawson had me go wild, as I only had about two aces at that point, and they were both flukes. That duel was the first time I had a plan of attack for a hole and it worked. I tried to explain to my family, but they didn’t look as impressed as I thought they would be! Winning the in-house Hot Streak tournament was amazing as well, but my top moment would have to be scoring four aces in a minute to win a tournament. I wouldn’t have thought it possible for me even as recently as a few months ago.
I would say the community. Having access to some of the best finger golfers in the world has no doubt improved my game massively, but the most important thing about our community is that there are great people who really care; after a health crisis, my clubhouse had several people who really went out of their way to help me feel better. I was sent a thoughtful ‘get well soon’ video (which even had the IG caddy) and all kinds of merch. I wore my Irrational Guys tshirt throughout my stays in hospital, and whenever I was sad I remembered there were people half way across the world thinking of me.
Hot Streak. It is very versatile, and is great for reverse and gravity tournaments. I love the shot graphics as well!
Flashpoint. Give it a try where you would normally use Skyfury, Leviathan or Fusion.
Every day is a school day in this game! I really need to learn how to handle the Tropical holes. I always feel that there is an undiscovered ‘perfect bag’ out there too. So I always enjoy playing with new bags. One day I will discover a viable use for Stanchion clubs ! There has to be one…right?
Make purchases from the web store, rather than in-game. This will save you money! Don’t forget to upgrade clubs – upgrades can dramatically improve the performance of a club’s stats or abilities. Duel as much as you can in your clubhouse. You will learn which clubs to use on which holes, and the best line of flight for your drives.
